Louise Morris is a major donor specialist, consultant, coach, speaker and trainer who has helped over 100 charities raise more large gifts. She has over 15 years major gifts fundraising experience in charities small, medium and large, and a strong corporate background from Unilever. She is a former Fundraising Director and a trustee. Louise works with fundraisers, charity CEOs and Boards – supporting them to build better relationships with major donors to raise more large gifts.
Louise has coached over 50 fundraisers on the Bright Spot mastery programme, including Kelly Heaton-Ralph, Director of Development, Kent Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, who said:

Louise’s key achievements include:
- As Director of Fundraising at Woking Hospice she led an appeal which raised £2million for a new Hospice build and set up a major donor programme from scratch.
- She is trustee of Women and Children First UK and has helped them to develop their major donor fundraising programme.
- Since 2017 Louise has been supporting a range of charities and fundraisers to raise more large gifts including Sue Ryder, Dementia UK, Practical Action, Edinburgh Cat and Dogs Homes, Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice, St Giles Hospice, Myleoma UK, Gingerbread, Full Fact, Changing Faces, Become, Earthwatch, and New Horizon Youth Centre.
- Louise has Distinction in the Certificate of Philanthropic Psychology from the Institute of Sustainable Philanthropy.
